兔子血小板衍生生長因子AB(PDGF-AB)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E15910Rb）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的PDGF-AB含量。PDGF-AB是一種血小板衍生生長因子二聚體。其在細胞增殖、分化等生理過程及腫瘤、纖維化等疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展中起作用。研究機制上，主要通過與受體結(jié)合激活下游信號通路，影響細胞行為，目前是疾病治療靶點研究熱點之一。試劑盒檢測范圍為1.56 ng/mL-100 ng/mL，適用于體外實驗環(huán)境下對生物樣本的批量檢測，支持細胞生物學(xué)、基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究中涉及組織再生、血管病變或腫瘤微環(huán)境等領(lǐng)域的 PDGF - AB 動態(tài)監(jiān)測本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of rabbit PDGF-AB in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

回收率：
