cGAS
cGAS，全稱(chēng)環(huán)磷酸鳥(niǎo)苷-腺苷酸合成酶，是細(xì)胞內(nèi)的一種重要蛋白，主要作用是感知細(xì)胞質(zhì)中的異常雙鏈DNA，從而激活免疫反應(yīng)。cGAS能夠識(shí)別多種細(xì)胞來(lái)源的核DNA和線粒體DNA，這一特性使其在抵抗多種含DNA的病原微生物感染中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。此外，cGAS還能感知腫瘤來(lái)源的DNA，產(chǎn)生抗腫瘤免疫應(yīng)答。然而，當(dāng)細(xì)胞核和線粒體中的DNA泄漏到細(xì)胞質(zhì)中時(shí)，cGAS的異常激活也可能導(dǎo)致自身免疫性疾病的發(fā)生。目前，針對(duì)cGAS的藥物研發(fā)已成為治療自身免疫性疾病的重要方向，包括cGAS抑制劑和cGAS降解劑等，這些藥物有望為自身免疫性疾病的治療提供新的選擇。
