ZC3H12A
ZC3H12A，也稱(chēng)為MCPIP1，是一種由單核細(xì)胞趨化蛋白-1（MCP-1）誘導(dǎo)的蛋白，具有轉(zhuǎn)錄激活功能。它能夠促進(jìn)心肌細(xì)胞的死亡，并在炎癥和纖維化過(guò)程中發(fā)揮作用。ZC3H12A蛋白與多種疾病相關(guān)，包括矽肺和肺纖維化，其作用機(jī)制涉及調(diào)節(jié)炎癥反應(yīng)和細(xì)胞增殖。目前，針對(duì)ZC3H12A蛋白的藥物研發(fā)正在進(jìn)展中，旨在開(kāi)發(fā)新的治療方法以治療相關(guān)疾病。
