YTHDF2
YTHDF2，別名DF2、CAHL、HGRG8、NY-REN-2。YTHDF2屬于YTH結構域超家族成員，含有YTH結構域，該結構域通常位于蛋白質序列的中間，與RNA結合。YTHDF2通過識別并結合N6-甲基腺苷（m6A）修飾的mRNA，調節(jié)這些mRNA的穩(wěn)定性和翻譯效率。YTHDF2在調控基因表達、mRNA代謝和細胞信號傳導中起重要作用。YTHDF2的功能異常與多種疾病相關，包括急性髓性白血病、視網膜色素變性、Wilms瘤等。
