VDR
VDR，即維生素D受體，別名Vitamin D nuclear receptor variant 1、Vitamin D receptor、Vitamin D3 receptor，它在人體中廣泛分布，包括腸道、腎臟、骨骼、血液淋巴系統(tǒng)、泌尿生殖系統(tǒng)以及神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)等。VDR的作用機制主要是通過與配體1,25-二羥維生素D3結(jié)合，形成激素-受體復(fù)合物，作用于靶基因上的特定DNA序列，調(diào)節(jié)基因的表達。VDR在維持機體鈣磷代謝、調(diào)節(jié)細胞增殖和分化等方面發(fā)揮重要作用。此外，VDR還參與免疫調(diào)節(jié)、抗炎、抗感染和腫瘤預(yù)防等生理過程。在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中，VDR通過調(diào)節(jié)神經(jīng)干細胞的增殖分化、神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子的表達、抗氧化損傷、調(diào)節(jié)神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)合成、免疫調(diào)節(jié)以及抗炎等方面發(fā)揮重要作用，與多種神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的發(fā)生和發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。

IHC image of CSB-RA945260A0HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human colon cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4℃ overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit IgG polymer labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
