UCHL1
泛素羧基末端水解酶L1（UCHL1）是人體中一種關(guān)鍵功能蛋白，常用別名包括PGP9.5。它在細(xì)胞內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)泛素分子的回收與再利用，對維持細(xì)胞正常生理活動至關(guān)重要，尤其在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中含量豐富，與神經(jīng)元的生長、修復(fù)及存活緊密相關(guān)。
UCHL1表達(dá)或活性出現(xiàn)異常時，可能引發(fā)多種健康問題：在帕金森病、阿爾茨海默病等神經(jīng)退行性疾病中，它的狀態(tài)改變會干擾神經(jīng)元穩(wěn)定；而在肺癌、胃癌等惡性腫瘤里，其水平變化也常被觀察到，可能成為疾病診斷或病情監(jiān)測的參考依據(jù)。目前，針對UCHL1的藥物研發(fā)已取得初步進(jìn)展，部分靶向該蛋白的小分子化合物正處于早期臨床研究階段，未來有望為相關(guān)疾病治療開辟新路徑。
