TRAF5
TRAF5，全稱為腫瘤壞死因子受體相關(guān)因子5，是一種重要的細(xì)胞內(nèi)信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)因子，屬于TRAF蛋白家族。該蛋白在多種細(xì)胞中表達(dá)，尤其在肺組織中高表達(dá)，在脾、胸腺、腎等組織中也有一定水平。TRAF5蛋白參與多種信號通路，包括NF-κB和干擾素調(diào)節(jié)因子IRF信號通路，在免疫和炎癥反應(yīng)中發(fā)揮重要作用。研究表明，TRAF5蛋白與缺血性腦梗死和炎癥性腸疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。目前，針對TRAF5蛋白的藥物研發(fā)尚處于起步階段，但已有研究顯示，TRAF5蛋白可能成為治療這些疾病的潛在靶點(diǎn)。
