TPH2
TPH2，常被稱作腦型色氨酸羥化酶，是體內合成5-羥色胺的關鍵分子之一，主要分布在大腦與脊髓的神經(jīng)細胞中。它能將色氨酸轉化為5-羥色氨酸，這是生成5-羥色胺的起始步驟，而5-羥色胺對情緒、睡眠、食欲等多種生理功能的調節(jié)至關重要。TPH2活性異常，可能影響5-羥色胺水平，進而與抑郁癥、焦慮癥、雙相情感障礙等精神類疾病關聯(lián)緊密，部分研究也提示它與睡眠障礙、帕金森病等神經(jīng)問題存在聯(lián)系。藥物研發(fā)領域，一些候選藥物正針對它展開探索，通過調控其活性來調整中樞5-羥色胺含量，嘗試用于抑郁癥等疾病治療，但多數(shù)仍處于臨床試驗階段，尚未普及到臨床應用。
