TKT
TKT蛋白，也稱(chēng)為轉(zhuǎn)酮醇酶，是一種在所有生物體中普遍存在的酶。它對(duì)于能量轉(zhuǎn)換和核酸合成至關(guān)重要，能夠?qū)⒑送?-磷酸轉(zhuǎn)化為葡萄糖6-磷酸，從而生成更多的NADPH。TKT蛋白在多種癌癥類(lèi)型中表達(dá)上調(diào)，與腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。此外，TKT蛋白與代謝通路有關(guān)，其功能異常可能導(dǎo)致多種疾病，如代謝功能障礙相關(guān)脂肪肝。在藥物研發(fā)方面，針對(duì)TKT蛋白的抑制劑正在被開(kāi)發(fā)，以用于治療相關(guān)疾病。
