SFTPD
SFTPD，即肺表面活性蛋白D，別名SP-D、COLEC7。它是一種重要的免疫調(diào)節(jié)蛋白，屬于膠原凝集素家族成員，主要在肺泡襯細胞和與管狀結(jié)構(gòu)相關的上皮細胞中組成性分泌，同時也在心臟平滑肌和內(nèi)皮細胞中誘導表達。SFTPD在血清、血漿、支氣管肺泡灌洗液和羊水中均有存在。其作用機制涉及結(jié)合中性粒細胞防御素，調(diào)節(jié)抗病毒防御，以及參與機體防御和先天性免疫。SFTPD通過識別和結(jié)合多種病原體，促進病原體的吞噬作用，同時調(diào)節(jié)炎癥反應，維持肺部穩(wěn)態(tài)。SFTPD在防御肺部感染、調(diào)節(jié)免疫反應以及肺泡穩(wěn)態(tài)中發(fā)揮著重要作用，其異常表達與多種肺部疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展相關，包括哮喘、肺疾?。ǘ喾N）、呼吸道合胞體病毒感染性疾病和鼻炎等。
