SFTPC

SFTPC，即肺表面活性蛋白C，別名SFTP2、SP5、SPC。它是一種在肺泡表面活性層中發(fā)現的蛋白質，對于維持肺泡的穩(wěn)定至關重要。SFTPC通過降低肺泡氣液界面的表面張力，防止呼氣末肺泡塌陷，同時具有先天性免疫功能，有助于控制炎癥和預防肺部感染。SFTPC基因位于染色體8p21，編碼的前體蛋白（proSP-C）在肺泡表面活性物質的合成與分泌過程中經過加工成為成熟SP-C肽。SFTPC的異常表達與多種肺部疾病相關，包括肺表面活性物質代謝功能障礙2型（SMDP2）、特發(fā)性肺纖維化（IPF）以及新生兒呼吸窘迫綜合征（NRDS）等。SFTPC蛋白的生物學意義在于其在肺泡穩(wěn)態(tài)、肺損傷后的修復再生以及肺部免疫防御中的關鍵作用。
