SCN10A
SCN10A，別名PN3、peripheral nerve sodium channel 3等。它是由人類SCN10A基因編碼的蛋白質(zhì)，位于3號(hào)染色體上。SCN10A的作用機(jī)制是通過(guò)形成電壓門控鈉通道，調(diào)節(jié)鈉離子的流動(dòng)，特別是在痛覺(jué)信號(hào)的傳遞和心臟電生理活動(dòng)中發(fā)揮作用。SCN10A在神經(jīng)細(xì)胞如背根神經(jīng)節(jié)的nociceptors中表達(dá)，參與疼痛信號(hào)的傳遞；在心臟中，SCN10A可能參與心律的調(diào)節(jié)，其變異與心臟傳導(dǎo)障礙如Brugada綜合征有關(guān)。SCN10A的突變或異常表達(dá)與多種疼痛障礙、心律失常等疾病相關(guān)，是研究和治療這些疾病的潛在靶點(diǎn)。

Immunofluorescence staining of SH-SY5Y cells with CSB-PA750910LA01HU at 1:66, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
