RSPO1

RSPO1，全稱(chēng)為R-spondin 1，常見(jiàn)別名包括roof plate-specific spondin 1。作為一種分泌型蛋白，它在生物體內(nèi)扮演著多重關(guān)鍵角色。早期胚胎發(fā)育階段，它參與性別分化過(guò)程，是維持卵巢正常形成與功能的重要因素；若其表達(dá)或功能出現(xiàn)異常，可能導(dǎo)致46XX染色體核型的個(gè)體出現(xiàn)性反轉(zhuǎn)，表現(xiàn)出部分男性化特征。此外，RSPO1還能促進(jìn)腸道上皮細(xì)胞的更新與修復(fù)，對(duì)腸道穩(wěn)態(tài)的維持意義重大，因此在炎癥性腸?。ㄈ鐫冃越Y(jié)腸炎）的研究中受到廣泛關(guān)注。
在藥物研發(fā)領(lǐng)域，基于RSPO1特性的候選藥物正被探索用于治療上述腸道疾病及部分腫瘤。這些藥物試圖通過(guò)調(diào)控其相關(guān)生理過(guò)程改善病情，但目前多數(shù)處于臨床試驗(yàn)階段，尚未進(jìn)入臨床應(yīng)用階段，其療效與安全性仍在進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證中。
