RAET1G
UL-16 binding protein 5 is a protein in humans that is encoded by RAET1G gene. Isoform 1: Binds and activates the KLRK1/NKG2D receptor, mediating natural killer cell cytotoxicity. Isoform 3: Down-regulates the expression of KLRK1 and stimulates natural killer cells to secrete IFNG. Isoform 2: Stimulates natural killer cells to secrete IFNG.
