PSMD11
PSMD11，全稱為26S蛋白酶體調(diào)節(jié)亞基非ATP酶11，常被稱作RPN6。它是細(xì)胞內(nèi)蛋白降解系統(tǒng)的核心組件之一，負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助識別并處理那些需要被清除的蛋白質(zhì)——比如調(diào)控細(xì)胞分裂的因子、錯誤折疊的異常蛋白等，以此維持細(xì)胞內(nèi)的正常運(yùn)作。PSMD11功能出現(xiàn)偏差時，細(xì)胞內(nèi)的蛋白平衡會被打亂：要么有害蛋白積累，要么增殖相關(guān)的蛋白無法及時降解，這與肺癌、乳腺癌等癌癥的發(fā)生發(fā)展緊密相關(guān)，也可能參與神經(jīng)退行性疾病的病理過程。在藥物研發(fā)領(lǐng)域，現(xiàn)有蛋白酶體藥物多針對催化部分，而針對PSMD11這類調(diào)節(jié)亞基的靶向候選物正處于早期探索階段，部分小分子能通過影響它的功能抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞增殖，為癌癥治療開辟了新的可能性。

Immunofluorescence staining of MCF-7 cells with CSB-PA00575A0Rb at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
