PCCA
PCCA全稱為丙酰輔酶A羧化酶α亞基，也被稱為丙酰輔酶A羧化酶α鏈。該蛋白是丙酰輔酶A羧化酶復(fù)合物的重要組成部分，該復(fù)合物在丙酸代謝中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。PCCA蛋白的缺陷會(huì)導(dǎo)致丙酸血癥，這是一種罕見的遺傳代謝疾病。目前，針對(duì)丙酸血癥的治療主要依賴于肝移植，而mRNA療法如mRNA-3927的研發(fā)為治療該疾病提供了新的希望。此外，PCCA蛋白的研究也為開發(fā)針對(duì)其他代謝性疾病的藥物提供了潛在靶點(diǎn)。
