P2RX7
P2RX7全稱為嘌呤能受體P2X配體門控離子通道7，也被稱為P2X7受體或P2X7R。P2RX7廣泛分布于免疫細胞、神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)細胞等組織，其功能與細胞外三磷酸腺苷（ATP）濃度變化密切相關(guān)。當ATP與受體結(jié)合后，會觸發(fā)離子通道開放，介導(dǎo)鉀離子外流及鈣離子內(nèi)流，進而激活下游炎癥反應(yīng)通路。這種特性使其在NLRP3炎癥小體激活、細胞焦亡等病理過程中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用，并與細胞增殖、凋亡調(diào)控存在復(fù)雜關(guān)聯(lián)。

Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with CSB-PA859103LA01HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
