NRXN1
NRXN1，全稱為Neurexin-1，是一種位于突觸前膜的細(xì)胞黏附蛋白，屬于神經(jīng)素家族。該蛋白參與突觸的形成和功能維持，是突觸傳遞和可塑性中的關(guān)鍵因子。NRXN1蛋白通過與神經(jīng)調(diào)節(jié)蛋白、營養(yǎng)不良糖蛋白和神經(jīng)素磷酸酶等配體結(jié)合，在突觸傳遞中發(fā)揮重要作用。NRXN1蛋白的缺失或功能異常與多種神經(jīng)精神疾病相關(guān)，如皮特-霍普金斯-2樣綜合征、自閉癥和精神分裂癥等。近年來，針對NRXN1蛋白的藥物研發(fā)取得了一定的進(jìn)展，例如開發(fā)針對NRXN1蛋白的抗體藥物和反義寡核苷酸藥物等，這些藥物有望為相關(guān)疾病的治療提供新的選擇。
