NR2F2
NR2F2，全稱為COUP transcription factor 2，是一種轉(zhuǎn)錄因子，在哺乳動(dòng)物發(fā)育過程中以高水平表達(dá)。別名包括ARP1、ARP-1、CHTD4、NF-E3、SRXX5、SVP40、COUPTF2、COUPTFB和TFCOUP2。NR2F2蛋白參與多種生理過程的調(diào)控，如甲狀腺激素、視黃酸和膽汁酸等配體的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)。研究表明，NR2F2蛋白與多種疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)，包括先天性心臟病、先天性膈疝、46，XX卵巢疾病/性發(fā)育差異等。此外，NR2F2蛋白還與發(fā)育遲緩、肌張力減退、喂養(yǎng)困難、小頭畸形、畸形面部特征、腎功能衰竭、聽力損失、斜視、無(wú)脾和血管畸形等表型相關(guān)。針對(duì)NR2F2蛋白的藥物研發(fā)已取得一定進(jìn)展，例如，有研究開發(fā)出選擇性孤兒核受體COUP-TFII (NR2F2) 抑制劑NR2F2-IN-1，該抑制劑能有效抑制COUP-TFII驅(qū)動(dòng)的NGFIA報(bào)告基因表達(dá)，為相關(guān)疾病的治療提供了新的策略。
