JAG2
JAG2蛋白，全名為Jagged-2，是一種在人體中由JAG2基因編碼的蛋白質(zhì)。它也被稱為Jagged canonical Notch ligand 2。JAG2蛋白在細(xì)胞信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)中扮演重要角色，尤其是在Notch信號(hào)通路中。該通路對(duì)于胚胎發(fā)育和細(xì)胞命運(yùn)決定至關(guān)重要。JAG2蛋白與Notch受體結(jié)合，激活信號(hào)通路，從而影響細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)、分化和存活。在疾病方面，JAG2蛋白的異常表達(dá)與多種疾病有關(guān)，包括癌癥。近年來，針對(duì)JAG2蛋白的藥物研發(fā)取得了進(jìn)展，有望為相關(guān)疾病的治療提供新的策略。
