IL1RAP
IL1RAP，即白細(xì)胞介素1受體輔助蛋白，別名IL-1RAcP、C3orf13等，是IL-1信號(hào)通路的關(guān)鍵分子。它源自基因表達(dá)，通過與IL-1受體結(jié)合，增強(qiáng)IL-1信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)，激活下游炎癥通路，調(diào)節(jié)免疫細(xì)胞活性與炎癥反應(yīng)。IL1RAP在免疫調(diào)節(jié)、細(xì)胞增殖分化中扮演重要角色，其異常表達(dá)關(guān)聯(lián)多種疾病，如癌癥與自身免疫病。因此，IL1RAP成為疾病治療的新靶點(diǎn)，針對(duì)其的療法正逐步進(jìn)入臨床試驗(yàn)。
