IARS1
IARS1，全名為Isoleucyl-tRNA synthetase 1，別名包括isoleucyl-tRNA synthetase、ILRS等。該蛋白屬于氨酰-tRNA合成酶家族，負責(zé)將異亮氨酸特異性地連接到tRNA上，是蛋白質(zhì)生物合成過程中的關(guān)鍵酶。IARS1蛋白在多種組織中都有表達，包括甲狀腺、回腸、腎臟等。研究表明，IARS1蛋白的表達水平與某些疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。例如，IARS1蛋白的表達異?？赡芘c胰腺癌、肝癌等惡性腫瘤的發(fā)生有關(guān)。此外，IARS1蛋白的表達也與一些遺傳性疾病相關(guān)，如IARS1基因突變可能導(dǎo)致生長遲緩、智力障礙、肌張力低下和肝病的綜合癥。目前，針對IARS1蛋白相關(guān)疾病的藥物研發(fā)尚處于起步階段，但已有研究表明，靶向IARS1蛋白的藥物可能對治療某些癌癥和遺傳性疾病具有潛在的應(yīng)用價值。
