HSPG2
HSPG2，全稱為多配體蛋白聚糖2，常用別名是perlecan。它是細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)中的關(guān)鍵成分，能與多種生物分子結(jié)合——既支撐著組織的結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定，也參與調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)、遷移，還能影響血管的形成與血液供應(yīng)。當(dāng)HSPG2表達(dá)或結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)異常時(shí)，可能引發(fā)多種疾?。罕热邕z傳性的施奈德綜合征，患者會(huì)出現(xiàn)骨骼發(fā)育畸形；它也和某些腫瘤的進(jìn)展相關(guān)，幫助癌細(xì)胞突破組織屏障，促進(jìn)侵襲與轉(zhuǎn)移。在藥物研發(fā)方面，目前有研究針對(duì)它的特定結(jié)合區(qū)域設(shè)計(jì)抑制劑，試圖通過(guò)干擾其相關(guān)相互作用來(lái)控制疾病，不過(guò)大多處于實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究或早期臨床試驗(yàn)階段，尚未有成熟藥物上市。
