HBG1
HBG1是編碼成人血紅蛋白中γ-鏈的基因，位于人類第11號染色體的血紅蛋白基因簇中。HBG1基因表達(dá)的γ-鏈與α-鏈結(jié)合形成胎兒血紅蛋白HbF，這種血紅蛋白在胎兒期具有較高的氧氣親和力，有助于從母體獲取氧氣。隨著嬰兒出生后的成長，HBG1的表達(dá)逐漸減少，而成人血紅蛋白HbA（由HBA1和HBB基因編碼）成為主要形式。HBG1基因的突變可能導(dǎo)致血紅蛋白病，如鐮狀細(xì)胞貧血，影響紅細(xì)胞的正常形態(tài)和功能。因此，HBG1在胎兒發(fā)育、氧氣運輸以及相關(guān)血液疾病的發(fā)生中具有重要的生物學(xué)意義。
