H1-0
H1-0 蛋白全稱為H1.0 接頭組蛋白，常用別名包括 H1.0、H1F0、H1FV、H10，屬于組蛋白 H1 家族的分化亞型。它主要參與染色質(zhì)高級結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定與壓縮，在終末分化與低增殖細胞中富集，通過約束染色質(zhì)開放程度維持基因組轉(zhuǎn)錄穩(wěn)態(tài)，并與組蛋白去乙酰化等修飾過程協(xié)同，參與細胞狀態(tài)維持與炎癥因子表達調(diào)控。H1-0在卵巢癌等多種腫瘤中表達異常，與化療耐藥、腫瘤侵襲及炎癥網(wǎng)絡(luò)紊亂密切相關(guān)，可通過調(diào)控 IL-6 等關(guān)鍵分子影響疾病進程。目前圍繞 H1-0 與 HDAC5 互作的靶向策略已進入基礎(chǔ)驗證階段，針對其表達調(diào)控與下游炎癥軸的小分子調(diào)節(jié)劑正在開展細胞與動物模型篩選，為耐藥腫瘤與炎癥相關(guān)疾病提供新的干預(yù)方向。

Western blotting analysis using histone H1.0 antibody. Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with histone H1.0 antibody and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody respectively.
