GTF2H4
GTF2H4,全稱general transcription factor IIH, polypeptide 4, 52kDa,別名P52、TFB2、TFIIH,是一種參與轉(zhuǎn)錄和DNA修復(fù)的關(guān)鍵蛋白。它屬于GTF2H基因家族,是轉(zhuǎn)錄因子IIH復(fù)合體的重要組成部分。GTF2H4蛋白在細(xì)胞生長、發(fā)育和代謝等方面發(fā)揮重要作用,主要功能是參與核苷酸切除修復(fù)和RNA轉(zhuǎn)錄。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),GTF2H4蛋白的突變可能導(dǎo)致TFIIH功能異常,進(jìn)而影響轉(zhuǎn)錄和DNA修復(fù),與著色性干皮?。╔P)和毛發(fā)硫營養(yǎng)不良(TTD)等疾病相關(guān)。此外,GTF2H4蛋白在缺血性疾病的治療中具有重要意義,研究表明,GTF2H4能夠通過調(diào)控內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞的部分間質(zhì)化,改善缺血后微循環(huán)灌注和組織修復(fù)。目前,針對GTF2H4蛋白的藥物研發(fā)正在進(jìn)行中,旨在開發(fā)能夠干預(yù)GTF2H4蛋白功能的小分子化合物,以治療缺血性疾病等相關(guān)疾病。
