GSTO1
GSTO1，全稱為谷胱甘肽S-轉(zhuǎn)移酶Omega 1，常見別名包括GSTO、GSTO1-1等。這種蛋白是細(xì)胞內(nèi)的關(guān)鍵功能分子，能與谷胱甘肽結(jié)合，參與分解體內(nèi)有毒物質(zhì)和代謝廢物，同時(shí)維持細(xì)胞的氧化還原平衡，避免細(xì)胞因氧化損傷受損，比如幫助轉(zhuǎn)化某些易引發(fā)細(xì)胞傷害的氧化應(yīng)激分子。
GSTO1與多種疾病存在關(guān)聯(lián)：阿爾茨海默病患者腦組織中其表達(dá)常異常，可能影響神經(jīng)細(xì)胞存活；在炎癥反應(yīng)及肺癌、結(jié)直腸癌等腫瘤中，它的活性變化或與細(xì)胞增殖、耐藥性相關(guān)。目前針對(duì)它的藥物研發(fā)處于早期階段，科研人員正嘗試尋找能調(diào)節(jié)其活性的小分子化合物，希望通過(guò)這些物質(zhì)干預(yù)相關(guān)疾病進(jìn)程，但暫無(wú)成熟藥物進(jìn)入臨床應(yīng)用。

Western blotting analysis using Glutathione S-transferase omega 1 antibody. Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE.
