GPR146
GPR146，全稱為 G protein-coupled receptor 146，是一種與多種生理功能相關(guān)的蛋白質(zhì)。它也被稱為 PGR8，屬于 G 蛋白偶聯(lián)受體家族。GPR146 蛋白在人體內(nèi)廣泛表達(dá)，尤其在脂肪、肺和18種其他組織中。該蛋白能夠與一種叫做 cholesin 的腸源性激素結(jié)合，從而調(diào)節(jié)膽固醇的代謝。研究表明，GPR146 蛋白能夠促進(jìn)血壓升高和血管重塑，其作用機(jī)制涉及下游的 Gαs-cAMP-CREB 信號(hào)通路。此外，GPR146 蛋白還與多種疾病相關(guān)，包括高血壓、動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化等。目前，針對(duì) GPR146 蛋白的藥物研發(fā)正在進(jìn)行中，旨在開發(fā)治療高血壓和膽固醇代謝相關(guān)疾病的新療法。
