GFRA4
GFRA4，全稱為GDNF家族受體α-4，也被稱為 persephin 受體。它是一種細(xì)胞表面受體，與persephin結(jié)合，并介導(dǎo)RET酪氨酸激酶受體的激活。GFRA4在成人甲狀腺中表達(dá)量較高，同時(shí)在胎兒腎上腺和甲狀腺中也有低水平表達(dá)。該蛋白與多種疾病相關(guān)，如Hirschsprung病，可能與神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)育和功能有關(guān)。目前，針對(duì)GFRA4的抗體產(chǎn)品已研發(fā)出來(lái)，用于研究和治療相關(guān)疾病。此外，GFRA4也是藥物研發(fā)的熱點(diǎn)靶點(diǎn)之一，未來(lái)可能會(huì)有更多針對(duì)該蛋白的藥物問(wèn)世。
