GDF11
GDF11，即生長分化因子11，別名VHO、BMP11、BMP-11，是一種由人類基因編碼的分泌型蛋白，屬于轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子β（TGF-β）超家族成員之一。GDF11可結(jié)合TGF-β受體，導致SMAD家族轉(zhuǎn)錄因子的募集和激活，從而調(diào)節(jié)基因表達。GDF11在神經(jīng)和其他器官系統(tǒng)的發(fā)育中發(fā)揮作用，并可能調(diào)節(jié)衰老過程。
