GABRB1
GABRB1，即γ-氨基丁酸A型受體亞基beta1，別名DEE45、EIEE45等。它位于人類第4號染色體的4p12區(qū)域，屬于GABA受體家族中的一員。GABRB1的作用機制是通過與GABA結(jié)合，調(diào)節(jié)氯離子通道的開啟，導(dǎo)致神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞膜的超極化，從而降低神經(jīng)元的興奮性，產(chǎn)生抑制性突觸后電位。GABRB1在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中調(diào)節(jié)最快的抑制性突觸傳遞，對于維持神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的正常功能至關(guān)重要。其變異與精神分裂癥的病理學(xué)有關(guān)，并可能與癲癇、酒精依賴、雙相情感障礙等疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展相關(guān)。
