FGF20，全稱(chēng)為成纖維細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子20，常用別名包括FGF-20。它是一類(lèi)參與調(diào)控細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)、分化與存活的活性蛋白，在機(jī)體多項(xiàng)生理活動(dòng)中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域，該蛋白對(duì)多巴胺能神經(jīng)元具有顯著的保護(hù)與促生長(zhǎng)效果，這類(lèi)神經(jīng)元的功能異?；驍?shù)量減少，與帕金森病等神經(jīng)退行性疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，F(xiàn)GF20的表達(dá)水平變化可能影響帕金森病的進(jìn)程，因此它成為該疾病治療研究的重要靶點(diǎn)之一。目前，基于FGF20的治療策略正積極推進(jìn)，部分靶向該蛋白的生物制劑與基因療法已進(jìn)入臨床試驗(yàn)階段，試圖通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)其活性或表達(dá)量來(lái)延緩神經(jīng)元損傷，為帕金森病患者提供新的治療希望。
