FCN2
FCN2，全稱為人血清纖維膠凝蛋白ficolin-2，也被稱為P35、L-ficolin、EBP-37hucolin。該蛋白主要由肝細胞合成分泌，具有凝集素活性，能夠通過識別病原體表面的寡糖結構，繼而通過lectin途徑激活補體。正常人血清中FCN2屬于一種重要補體凝集素蛋白，在急性應急反應、炎癥反應或感染時會發(fā)生濃度上升，可以作為炎癥性疾病等預警指標。孕婦血漿FCN2水平低，可能發(fā)生妊娠子癇前癥。FCN2蛋白與MBL具有類似的結構和功能，正常人血清中ficolin-2可以作為炎癥等監(jiān)控指標。
FCN2蛋白在急性應急反應、炎癥反應或感染時會發(fā)生濃度上升，可以作為炎癥性疾病等預警指標。孕婦血漿ficolin-2水平低，可能發(fā)生妊娠子癇前癥。
