FBLN7

FBLN7，全稱為纖維連接蛋白7（Fibulin-7），也有PRP1這一別名。它是細胞外基質(zhì)中的分泌蛋白，能與膠原、糖蛋白等成分相互作用，維持組織結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定，在胚胎發(fā)育階段的器官形成過程中，比如軟骨和血管的構(gòu)建里，有著不可忽視的作用。FBLN7表達異常可能和胃癌、肺癌等惡性腫瘤有關——它的水平變化會影響腫瘤細胞的侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移能力；此外，也有研究提示它可能與某些結(jié)締組織疾病的發(fā)生存在聯(lián)系。針對FBLN7的藥物研發(fā)還處于早期探索階段，主要聚焦于它作為腫瘤生物標志物的潛力，或是通過調(diào)節(jié)其表達來抑制腫瘤進展的可能性。
