FASLG
FASLG，全稱為Fas配體（Fas ligand），常見別名為CD178、APT1LG1等。該蛋白屬于腫瘤壞死因子超家族成員，主要功能是誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞凋亡。FASLG通過與FAS受體結(jié)合，觸發(fā)細(xì)胞凋亡信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑，在免疫系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)中發(fā)揮重要作用，例如T細(xì)胞的活化誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞死亡（AICD）和細(xì)胞毒性T淋巴細(xì)胞誘導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞死亡。FASLG的表達(dá)異常與多種疾病相關(guān)，包括自身免疫性淋巴細(xì)胞增生性綜合征、系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡、糖尿病、心肌病、動脈粥樣硬化和非小細(xì)胞肺癌等。目前，針對FASLG的藥物研發(fā)主要集中在免疫調(diào)節(jié)和抗腫瘤領(lǐng)域。例如，一些研究表明，F(xiàn)ASLG抑制劑可以用于治療自身免疫性疾病，而FASLG激活劑則可能用于增強(qiáng)抗腫瘤免疫反應(yīng)。此外，F(xiàn)ASLG也被用作生物標(biāo)志物，用于評估疾病的進(jìn)展和治療效果。隨著對FASLG蛋白功能的深入研究，未來有望開發(fā)出更多針對FASLG的藥物，用于治療多種疾病。

Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human colon cancer using CSB-PA008434LA01HU at dilution of 1:100
Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with CSB-PA008434LA01HU at 1:330, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
