FAP
FAP，全稱為成纖維細(xì)胞活化蛋白（Fibroblast Activation Protein），是一種存在于細(xì)胞表面的蛋白，在正常組織中表達(dá)量很低，但在腫瘤微環(huán)境中，F(xiàn)AP蛋白的表達(dá)量會(huì)顯著升高。FAP蛋白具有多種別名，包括FAPA、SIMP、Seprase、APCE、DPPIV等。FAP蛋白參與細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)的重塑，促進(jìn)腫瘤細(xì)胞的侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移，并與多種腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。FAP蛋白已成為腫瘤治療的重要靶點(diǎn)，針對(duì)FAP蛋白的藥物研發(fā)已成為腫瘤治療研究的熱點(diǎn)。目前，已有多種針對(duì)FAP蛋白的藥物進(jìn)入臨床試驗(yàn)階段，包括抗體藥物、ADC藥物等。這些藥物通過抑制FAP蛋白的活性或阻斷FAP蛋白與腫瘤細(xì)胞的相互作用，從而抑制腫瘤的生長(zhǎng)和轉(zhuǎn)移，為腫瘤患者提供新的治療選擇。
