EIF1
EIF1，即真核翻譯起始因子1，別名A121、ISO1、SUI1、EIF-1、EIF1A。EIF1是一種關(guān)鍵的翻譯起始因子，具有RNA結(jié)合活性，參與翻譯起始的調(diào)節(jié)，主要位于細(xì)胞質(zhì)和細(xì)胞核中。EIF1與40S核糖體亞基結(jié)合，參與mRNA的掃描過程，識別起始密碼子，并促進48S預(yù)起始復(fù)合物的組裝。EIF1對于確保翻譯起始的準(zhǔn)確性和保真度至關(guān)重要，它通過影響40S核糖體亞基的構(gòu)象以及結(jié)合的mRNA和起始tRNA的定位，積極促進起始密碼子的選擇。EIF1的異常表達與多種疾病相關(guān)，包括Mehmo綜合征和白質(zhì)腦病伴消失的白質(zhì)。

Immunofluorescence staining of A549 cells with CSB-PA007503LA01HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
