EDN3
EDN3，全稱為內(nèi)皮素3，常被簡(jiǎn)稱為ET-3。這種蛋白是人體內(nèi)一類關(guān)鍵的活性分子，能與特定受體結(jié)合，在胚胎發(fā)育過程中扮演重要角色——比如助力腸道內(nèi)神經(jīng)細(xì)胞群的正常形成，以及皮膚、眼睛等部位色素細(xì)胞的分化與分布。若EDN3功能出現(xiàn)異常，可能引發(fā)一些先天性疾?。翰糠窒忍煨跃藿Y(jié)腸患者，正是因?yàn)槟c道神經(jīng)細(xì)胞發(fā)育不全，與EDN3相關(guān)的分子互動(dòng)出現(xiàn)問題所致；此外，它的紊亂也可能和皮膚色素沉著異常有關(guān)。在藥物研發(fā)領(lǐng)域，目前有團(tuán)隊(duì)在探索針對(duì)EDN3相關(guān)分子路徑的干預(yù)方法，希望為這類先天性疾病提供新的治療方向，不過多數(shù)研究仍處于實(shí)驗(yàn)室或早期臨床試驗(yàn)階段，尚未有成熟藥物投入臨床使用。
