DOCK4
Dedicator of cytokinesis protein 4is a protein in humans that is encoded by DOCK4 gene. Involved in regulation of adherens junction between cells. Plays a role in cell migration. Functions as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF), which activates Rap1 small GTPase by exchanging bound GDP for free GTP.
