DDX5
DDX5，即DEAD盒解旋酶5，別名P68。它是一種依賴ATP的RNA解旋酶，屬于DEAD盒解旋酶家族成員之一，主要分布在細胞核內(nèi)。DDX5的作用機制涉及催化雙鏈RNA解旋，參與基因轉(zhuǎn)錄的正負調(diào)節(jié)以及mRNA、rRNA和miRNA的合成、剪接和加工等過程。DDX5對多種轉(zhuǎn)錄因子具有激活作用，影響細胞增殖、分化、細胞骨架重塑和細胞凋亡等，同時在腫瘤細胞的發(fā)生、侵襲和遷移中發(fā)揮作用，是影響腫瘤相關(guān)信號通路的關(guān)鍵因子。此外，DDX5的功能缺失可通過影響microRNA 125b的表達水平，上調(diào)非經(jīng)典PRC1復(fù)合物里的RYBP，進而影響體細胞重編程過程。
