CT83
CT83，全稱為癌癥/睪丸抗原83（Cancer/testis antigen 83），是一種在睪丸中特異性表達的蛋白。它也被稱為KKLC1、CXorf61或KK-LC-1。CT83蛋白在多種癌癥中表達異常，如肺癌、乳腺癌和肝癌，提示其可能與惡性腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展有關(guān)。目前，CT83蛋白已成為腫瘤研究的熱點，其作為治療靶點的潛力正在被探索。在藥物研發(fā)方面，針對CT83的抗體和抑制劑正在研發(fā)中，有望為癌癥治療提供新的策略。
