CDC42
CDC42，全稱為細胞分裂周期蛋白42（Cell Division Cycle 42），是一種小三磷酸鳥苷（GTP）酶，也被稱為Rho GTP酶。該蛋白在細胞骨架重構、黏附功能中發(fā)揮關鍵作用，幫助癌細胞依附血管壁并通過血液擴散至其他部位。CDC42蛋白參與多種生理過程，如細胞生長、增殖、活力、極性等，并在多種惡性腫瘤中呈現(xiàn)高表達，與腫瘤的發(fā)生、侵襲和轉移密切相關。研究表明，CDC42可能成為腫瘤治療的潛在靶點。此外，CDC42蛋白還在其他疾病中發(fā)揮作用，如缺血性腦卒中、特發(fā)性肺纖維化等，提示其在神經(jīng)損傷和肺部疾病中的重要性。目前，針對CDC42蛋白的藥物研發(fā)正在積極進行中，旨在通過調(diào)控其活性來治療相關疾病。
