CD69
CD69，全稱 CD69 抗原（p60，早期 T 細(xì)胞激活抗原），CD69 是淋巴細(xì)胞激活后最早表達(dá)的表面抗原，可作為共刺激信號(hào)促進(jìn) T 細(xì)胞進(jìn)一步活化和增殖。它在多種免疫細(xì)胞的生物學(xué)功能中起著重要作用，包括細(xì)胞活化、增殖、凋亡和免疫調(diào)節(jié)等。
CD69 在多種疾病中發(fā)揮重要作用，包括血液系統(tǒng)疾病和自身免疫性疾病。在血液系統(tǒng)疾病中，CD69 高表達(dá)與急性髓系白血病、慢性淋巴細(xì)胞白血病和骨髓增生異常綜合征等疾病相關(guān)。在自身免疫性疾病中，CD69 高表達(dá)與系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡、類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎和自身免疫性心肌炎等疾病相關(guān)。研究表明，CD69 的表達(dá)水平與疾病的活動(dòng)程度密切相關(guān)，因此，CD69 可作為疾病診斷和預(yù)后的生物標(biāo)志物。

Untransfected CHO-K1 cells (green line) and transfected Human CD69 CHO-K1 stable cells (red line) were stained with anti-CD69 antibody (CSB-RA004952MA1HU) (2μg/1*106cells), washed and then followed by FITC-conjugated anti-Human IgG Fc antibody and analyzed with flow cytometry.
