ASPN

ASPN 蛋白全稱為天冬氨酸富含亮氨酸重復蛋白（Asporin），常見別名包括 PLAP?1、PLAP1、OS3、SLRR1C，屬于細胞外基質中小亮氨酸富集蛋白聚糖家族成員。它主要分布于軟骨、牙周膜與結締組織，可結合膠原蛋白與鈣離子，參與基質礦化與組織穩(wěn)態(tài)維持，同時調控軟骨發(fā)育與牙周韌帶分化，避免異常骨化。
ASPN 異常與骨關節(jié)炎、椎間盤退變密切相關，其多態(tài)性會提升關節(jié)病變風險，也在胃癌等腫瘤中異常升高，影響細胞增殖與侵襲。目前該蛋白多用于骨關節(jié)疾病風險評估與腫瘤輔助診斷，針對其調控網(wǎng)絡的小分子干預、基因編輯等策略正處于臨床前研究階段，為退行性關節(jié)病與實體瘤提供潛在干預方向。
