ANGPTL8
ANGPTL8，全稱(chēng)為Angiopoietin-like protein 8，是一種分泌型糖蛋白，屬于血管生成素樣蛋白（ANGPTLs）家族的成員。該蛋白具有多種別名，包括Betatrophin、C19orf81等。ANGPTL8在脂質(zhì)代謝中發(fā)揮著重要作用，它可以與ANGPTL3或ANGPTL4形成復(fù)合物，調(diào)節(jié)脂蛋白脂肪酶（LPL）的活性，從而影響甘油三酯在血液中的能量流動(dòng)。在進(jìn)食狀態(tài)下，ANGPTL8表達(dá)上調(diào)，促進(jìn)脂肪組織中的脂肪酸儲(chǔ)存；而在禁食狀態(tài)下，ANGPTL8表達(dá)下調(diào)，促進(jìn)甘油三酯被外周組織利用。ANGPTL8與肥胖、糖尿病、非酒精性脂肪性肝病等多種疾病相關(guān)。
