ALPI
ALPI，全稱為腸道堿性磷酸酶，是一種廣泛存在于人體腸道黏膜的酶類物質(zhì)。該蛋白在維持腸道健康方面發(fā)揮著重要作用，主要參與脂多糖的解毒和預防腸道細菌移位的過程。研究表明，ALPI可能與糖尿病、高血脂等代謝性疾病相關(guān)。美國弗吉尼亞聯(lián)邦大學的研究人員發(fā)現(xiàn)，ALPI的過表達可以通過維持腸道黏蛋白層的完整性來改善腸屏障功能，從而降低腸道疾病的發(fā)病風險。此外，ALPI還與多種疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)，如炎癥性腸病、腸癌等。目前，針對ALPI蛋白的藥物研發(fā)主要集中在抗炎、抗腫瘤等領(lǐng)域，并取得了一定的進展。例如，晶泰科技孵化企業(yè)希格生科開發(fā)的全球首款彌漫性胃癌靶向藥SIGX1094R，就是基于ALPI蛋白的靶點進行研發(fā)的，該藥物已獲美國FDA孤兒藥資格認定與快速通道認定，目前正在北京大學腫瘤醫(yī)院開展I期臨床試驗。隨著對ALPI蛋白研究的深入，未來有望為相關(guān)疾病的治療提供更多新的策略和手段。
