AARS2
AARS2，即丙氨酰-tRNA合成酶2，別名mitochondrialalanyl-tRNAsynthetase2。它是由人類細(xì)胞中的AARS2基因編碼的一種蛋白質(zhì)，主要在線粒體中發(fā)揮作用。AARS2的作用機(jī)制包括作為氨基酸轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)和蛋白質(zhì)合成的關(guān)鍵酶，同時也是一種乳酸感受蛋白和乳酸化轉(zhuǎn)移酶，能夠感知L-乳酸積累，并通過乳酸化修飾調(diào)控其他蛋白的功能。AARS2不僅參與蛋白質(zhì)合成，還參與調(diào)控固有免疫系統(tǒng)，影響病毒感染和免疫逃逸。AARS2的異常表達(dá)與多種癌癥相關(guān)，可能在癌癥發(fā)展中起到促進(jìn)作用，并可作為評估預(yù)后和免疫治療反應(yīng)的潛在生物標(biāo)志物。
