    This Macaca fascicularis TPBG recombinant protein was produced in mammalian cell, where the gene sequence encoding Macaca fascicularis TPBG (35-355aa) was expressed with the N-terminal 10xHis tag and C-terminal Myc tag. The purity of this TPBG protein was greater than 95%. The activity was tested.

    TPBG is expressed on a variety of malignancies, but has limited expression in normal adult tissues. At present, the global TPBG research pipeline is not very dense, and it is scattered in various drug types (vaccine, ADCs, bispecific antibodies, fusion protein, etc.).
