The product CSB-PA16479A0Rb is a polyclonal antibody against ompA. It was developed in the rabbit and used the recombinant Salmonella typhi ompA protein (27-349aa) as the immunogen. Following the protein G affinity chromatography purification, this ompA polyclonal antibody got up to 95% purity.

This antibody is an unconjugated IgG. It has been validated to recognize the human ompA protein in the ELISA. It may be used as the primary antibody to capture the ompA protein for further detection.
