    The product CSB-PA365586LB01VDO is a polyclonal antibody raised in rabbits with the recombinant Viscum album Viscotoxin-A3 protein (27-72AA) immunized. This THI2.1 antibody exists as an IgG conjugated with HRP. The HRP-conjugated THI2.1 antibody can be used as a detection antibody to amplify the signal for the measurement of the Viscotoxin-A3 protein in the ELISA assay. Its purity is greater than 95% using protein G purified. It only shows reactivity with Viscum album Viscotoxin-A3 protein. The target protein Viscotoxin-A3 is a cysteine abundant protein possessing antimicrobial properties. It is expressed in response to numerous pathogens and is induced by ethylene and jasmonic acid.
